1. General Conduct and Studio Etiquette
High Level Fitness & Spin Studio Inc. (“the Studio”) is built on respect, inclusion, and community. To maintain a positive and safe environment for all participants, instructors, and staff, all members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity of the Studio.
Respect and Behavior
Treat all instructors, staff, and participants with respect and courtesy.
Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of participation without refund.
Verbal or written harassment of any kind, including online or through social media, will result in immediate removal from the Studio community.
Studio Courtesy
Arrive on time and be prepared to begin class at the scheduled start time.
Follow instructor guidance and respect the equipment and space of others.
Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas.
Equipment should be wiped down and returned to its proper place after use.
Disciplinary Action
The Studio reserves the right to issue verbal or written warnings, suspend, or terminate participation for behavior that violates these standards. Decisions made by Studio management are final.
2. Class Cancellation, Waitlist, No-Show Policy
To ensure fair access to all participants and maintain the integrity of our scheduling system, the Studio enforces the following policies:
2.1 Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the class start time through our online booking system; simply remove yourself from the booking.
Cancelling a booking within the 10 hour cancellation policy will not result in a penalty and for punch pass holders, the class credit will be returned to your account.
Cancellations that are less than 10 hours in advance will result in an automatic fee:
Introductory month: $18 late cancellation fee.
Drop-in: full drop-in fee will be forfeited with no refund.
Punch passes: one class credit will be forfeited.
Monthly memberships: $18 late cancellation fee.
2.2 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a booked class without canceling constitutes a no-show.
No-show will result in an automatic fee:
Introductory month: $18 no-show fee.
Drop-in: full drop-in fee will be forfeited with no refund.
Punch passes: one class credit will be forfeited.
Monthly memberships: $18 no-show fee.
2.3 Waitlist Policy
A waitlist is enabled for all class offerings at the Studio. Members choose to add themselves to the waitlist for full classes. The booking system will automatically promote you into the class if a space becomes available - at any time - and you will be notified. Once promoted, the standard late cancellation and no-show rules apply.
Ensure that text message notifications are enabled in your booking profile so you receive waitlist updates.
If you remain on the waitlist, it is your responsibility to be prepared to attend class within any time frame remaining.
If you have not been promoted and/or decide that you no longer want to attend the booking, It is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist.
If you are promoted and you no longer wish to attend, you must remove yourself from the booking before the 10 hour late cancellation and no-show rules apply.
If you are promoted within the 10 hour late cancellation and no-show policies, you will have to attend the class or pay the late cancellation fees appropriately.
2.4 Summary of Cancellation Fees & Penalties
It is the responsibility of the member to add/remove themselves to/from bookings (classes) accordingly. By adhering to the cancellation and no-show policies, members will avoid extra charges. Fees will be automatically charged to the debit/credit card on file.

3. Health & Safety Expectations
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in physical activity. All individuals are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Parents or guardians providing consent for minors confirm that the participant is physically fit for studio activities.
The Studio maintains a clean and safe environment with regular sanitation and adherence to public health guidelines. Participants must immediately report any injury, illness, or unsafe condition to staff.
4. Payment Terms (including refunds or pauses)
All initial fees must be paid in full prior to participation. Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST). Drop-ins, punch passes, and introductory offers are final sale and non-refundable. Membership pauses or cancellations are subject to the terms in each membership section.
The Studio reserves the right to change pricing or payment structures without advance notice. Existing members will remain on their agreed rate until renewal.
Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, unused passes, or retroactive cancellations.
4.1 Founding Member Program
Members who sign up for a 12 month membership throughout January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 will be offered this lifetime rate of $135 monthly ($1620 annual) that will renew annually at the set fee. Should the contract be terminated - at any time - this rate will no longer apply; contracts cannot be transferred.
The founding member program promotion will end as of December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm (central Saskatchewan time).
4.2 High Level Fitness & Spin Studio Fee Structure
GST will be added to all studio fees.

5. Waiver Reference (“Must Be Signed Before Participation”)
All participants, or the parent/legal guardian of any participant under 18, must complete and accept the Studio’s Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in any class, session, or event. Participation without a signed waiver is not permitted under any circumstances.
6. Membership / Punch Pass Structure and Renewal Rules
An active account through our booking system is required for all participants. A valid credit card must be stored on file for applicable charges, including memberships, late cancellation fees, and workshop registrations.
The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes that do not meet minimum attendance. Such cancellations are not grounds for refunds or retroactive compensation.
6.1 Introductory Month Terms
Available to new members only who have not previously purchased a recurring membership. Punch pass or drop-in clients are eligible. The $89.00 introductory month (plus tax) is final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.
6.2 Drop-In Terms
Drop-in passes provide single-class access and expire after use. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.3 Punch Pass Terms (3 and 10 packs)
Punch passes are valid for any regularly scheduled class and expire three (3) and six (6) months respectively from the purchase date. Unused credits after expiry are forfeited. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.4 Monthly Membership Terms
Monthly memberships are automatically billed monthly from the activation date. A minimum of seven (7) calendar days written notice to the Studio’s email is required to cancel before the next billing cycle. Membership freezes are available for up to 90 calendar days due to illness, injury, or approved personal circumstances.
6.5 6-Month Membership Terms
The 6-month unlimited membership is a fixed six (6) month contract billed monthly, bi-weekly, or can be paid in full. A minimum of thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the Studio’s email is required to cancel / prevent automatic renewal. Early termination requests are subject to a $155.00 + tax fee, plus payment for the 30-day notice period. Medical or relocation exceptions may be considered with documentation.
6.6 12-Month Membership Terms
The 12-month unlimited membership is a fixed twelve (12) month contract billed monthly, bi-weekly, or can be paid in full. A minimum of thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the Studio’s email is required to cancel / prevent automatic renewal. Early termination requests are subject to a $155.00 + tax fee, plus payment for the 30-day notice period. Medical or relocation exceptions may be considered with documentation.
6.7 12-Month “Founding Member Program” Membership Terms (Special 2026 Offer)
This limited-time membership (available January 1–December 31, 2026) guarantees the $135/month or $1,620/year rate indefinitely. (4.1 Founding Member Program)
6.8 Waiving Termination Fee
The early termination fee may be waived only if the member must cancel due to a:
Medical reasons (illness/injury): the member must provide a written request to the Studio email, with supporting medical documentation, to cancel their membership due to a medical related issue. Studio management will review the request for a medical exception.
Relocation: the member must provide a written request to the Studio’s email, with supporting documentation, to cancel their membership due to moving. Studio management will review the request for a relocation exception.
6.9 Student & Senior Pricing
Because movement should be accessible, High Level Fitness & Spin Studio offers 15% off all class passes and memberships for full time students and guests aged 60+. Proof of eligibility is required at sign up. Students renew verification annually; seniors verify once. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
6.10 Membership Pause Policy
For temporary interruptions due to documented illness, family emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances, the member may pause their membership.
Pause duration: a membership may be paused for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 90 days within an active membership term.
Billing and term extension: the monthly billing will be suspended for the duration of the approved pause period, and the contract end date (and auto-renewal date) will be extended by the number of days paused.
Fee: there is no fee to pause a membership for approved circumstances.
Request: all pause requests must be submitted in writing to the Studio’s email with supporting documentation for the Studio management to review and approve.
6.11 General Contract Terms
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All other studio policies, rules, and regulations apply to both the initial contract term and any subsequent renewed memberships.

7. Digital Media Release Waiver and Consent
We love showcasing the incredible energy and accomplishments of our community. To celebrate the achievements of our instructors, staff, and members, the Studio may capture photos and videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant the Studio permission to capture and use images and video featuring you for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes use on the Studio’s website, social media platforms, and other digital channels. You waive any right to inspect or approve final materials or receive compensation. Parents or guardians of minors provide consent on behalf of the participant.
8. General Liability and Policy Modifications
The Studio reserves the right to modify its rates, policies, procedures, and terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Studio website and communicated as necessary. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and professionalism for all participants and staff.
