HLVL Spin Series

Lights down. Music up. Energy on.

All HLVL Spin classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise indicated. Each ride includes bike setup support and a warm, welcoming energy from your instructor so you feel confident from the moment you walk in. You may wear indoor running shoes or standard cycling clip shoes — it is the responsibility of members to bring appropriate footwear.

Our HVAC system and fans are managed by the instructor to ensure proper air circulation throughout class. Every ride takes place in a dark room lit with blue and color-changing lights, creating a high-vibe atmosphere that allows you to tune out distractions, let go of the day, and focus on your effort.

Our spin programming blends strength, speed, resistance, rhythm, and endurance. Some rides lean into performance and power. Others lean into rhythm and flow. Every instructor brings a unique style — and every ride challenges you differently.

  • HLVL Spin

    HLVL Spin blends strength, speed, resistance, and rhythm into one high-energy indoor cycling experience. Expect climbs, sprints, resistance pushes, pumps, and jogs — all coached with clear guidance so you can ride at your level and build endurance, power, and confidence.

    Every instructor brings a unique style, but one thing stays the same: you control your resistance and your effort. That means every ride works for everyBODY.

    HLVL Spin Lite

    Same rhythm. Same vibe. Slightly lighter ride.

    HLVL Spin Lite is offered in a 4-week mini-series format based on membership needs, interest, and instructor availability. This progressive series is designed to help new or returning riders build confidence on the bike in a supportive, small-group environment.

    Each week builds on the last — starting with bike setup, resistance control, proper mechanics, and foundational ride positions, then gradually layering in rhythm, endurance, and additional choreography. By week four, riders are confidently completing a full 45-minute ride and are ready to transition into a regular HLVL Spin class.

    We like building muscles, but we LOVE building confidence.

    Spin + Deep Stretch Combo (60 min)

    Ride hard. Recover fully. A studio favorite, this 60-minute class begins with 30 minutes of energizing cycling followed by 30 minutes of guided deep stretch — good ol’ fashioned stretching we never seem to make time for at home. Performed when your body is warm and pliable, this sequence helps release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance recovery after high-intensity work. It’s the perfect reset — because when you lengthen you strengthen and then your body performs (and feels) better.

    Come for the ride, stay for the stretch. Your body will thank you tomorrow.

    Spin + Strength Combo (60 min)

    Two workouts, one powerful hour. Start with 30 minutes of heart-pumping cycling to build endurance, power, and stamina, then transition into the large studio for 30 minutes of upper body and core strength training. The strength segment focuses on posture, stability, and definition — helping you balance out your ride and leave class feeling strong from head to toe.

    The realization finally hits you when you get home - ‘I just did that!’ and beam with pride.

HLVL Strength Series

All classes take place in our large, open-concept studio — designed for movement, strength, and energy. You’ll have access to bars, plates, dumbbells, loops, and resistance gear to set up your own space before class begins, while circuit-style classes will be pre-arranged by your instructor. Each class is instructor-led with upbeat music and dynamic lighting to match the mood, creating a motivating, high-energy environment where you can lift, move, and challenge your limits. Fitness attire and indoor shoes are required for safety, with socks or bare feet recommended for select classes like Core & Sculpt.

  • Ultimate Strength

    This is what strong feels like.

    Ultimate Strength is a total-body, interval-based class built to increase power, muscular endurance, and confidence under load. You’ll move through progressive strength blocks using barbells, dumbbells, plates, and functional equipment — working for time, not reps, so everyBODY can train at their own level.

    You control your weights. You control your intensity. We control the clock.

    And don’t worry — we take great pride in proving to you what you’re capable of.

    Total Body Strength Circuit

    Move. Lift. Laugh. Repeat. Total Body Strength Circuit is a functional interval training workout that keeps energy high and bodies moving. You’ll rotate through a series of stations designed to improve everyday strength, balance, mobility, and endurance — training with purpose while enjoying the social side of fitness. Every round feels fresh and fast-paced, giving you a full-body workout that challenges you in all the right ways.

    Time flies when you’re having this much sweaty fun... our versions of “fun” might be different.

    Core & Sculpt

    Strong starts at the center.

    Core & Sculpt is a full-body, low-impact strength class built around controlled, intentional movement and deep core activation. Because your core isn’t just your abs — it’s the foundation that supports your posture, protects your spine, stabilizes your lifts, and powers every squat, push, carry, and climb you do in and out of the studio.

    Inspired by Pilates principles (with a little HLVL edge), this class uses bodyweight, light dumbbells, plates, bands, sliders, and blocks to create layered circuits that challenge stability, balance, and muscular endurance. Expect timed intervals, smart sequencing, and focused burners that build strength from the inside out — without a single barbell in sight.

    It’s sneakily intense - you’ll question why something so controlled hits that hard.

    Functional Strength **not actually on the schedule but could be in the future

    Train for real life.

    Functional Strength focuses on foundational movement patterns that support balance, stability, coordination, and everyday strength. Squat. Hinge. Push. Pull. Carry. Rotate. The basics — practiced with intention so they show up when you need them most.

    Some days that might mean lifting with precision and control. Other days it might mean slowing things down to improve mobility, balance, and joint stability. The goal isn’t just to lift well in the studio — it’s to move well everywhere.

    We train for care-home party tricks that your friends will be jealous of.

    TRX & Kettlebell Foundations

    This class is where smart strength meets functional power. TRX & Kettlebell Foundations blends suspension training with kettlebell work to build total-body strength, stability, and control — using bodyweight and thoughtfully loaded resistance.

    Expect functional, full-body movements that challenge balance, core strength, and coordination while improving how you move in everyday life. The TRX supports proper form and progression, while kettlebells add dynamic strength and power without unnecessary impact. Every exercise is coached with options, so you can scale intensity up or down based on how you’re feeling that day. It looks simple… until it isn’t. And that’s where the magic happens.

    Come for the straps and bells - stay for the strength you didn’t know you had.

HLVL Mindful Movement Series

Slow down. Tune in. Move with intention.

The Mindful Movement Series offers a collection of practices designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and restoration — blending mindful movement with purposeful training for both body and mind. From Pilates-inspired strength and barre to yoga flows, deep stretch, myofascial release, and restorative formats, each class invites you to reconnect and reset in a way that complements your harder training days or helps you unwind from a busy, demanding life.

All classes take place in our large studio, transformed to reflect the connected energy of each practice. Expect intentional lighting, curated music, and a warm room designed for safety, effectiveness, and comfort — allowing muscles to move more freely while creating an environment that feels grounding and supportive.

Classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.

Whether you’re building strength, releasing stress, or simply carving out an hour to breathe, this is your space to reset — physically, mentally, and intentionally.

  • Pilates / Barre / Pulse (45 min)

    We placed this strength-based class in the Mindful Movement Series because true success here comes from connecting how you move, not just that you move. Pilates / Barre / Pulse blends the precision of Pilates, the sculpting of barre, and the rhythm of pulse-style training for a controlled, low-impact workout that builds deep strength and postural awareness. Using light weights, small movements, and high repetitions, you’ll sculpt long, lean muscles, improve balance, and feel the satisfying burn that builds lasting strength. Grace meets grit in this mindful full-body session.

    MOSSA Centergy

    MOSSA Centergy combines the fundamentals of yoga and Pilates into a choreographed, instructor-led experience that flows seamlessly from one movement to the next. Set to inspiring music, this 60-minute class takes you on a journey — from strength and stability to balance, mobility, and restoration. Expect to lengthen, twist, spiral, and fold as you challenge your body and refocus your mind. You’ll leave feeling stronger, centered, and recharged.

    Yin Yoga

    Slow down and settle in. Yin Yoga is a restorative, heat-assisted practice that targets deep connective tissues through long, mindful holds. This class enhances flexibility and joint mobility, improves circulation, and releases deep-seated tension while promoting calm, balance, and better sleep. Designed to reduce stress and restore both body and mind, Yin offers a grounding pause in a fast-paced world. Come as you are — leave lengthened, relaxed, and restored.

    HLVL Deep Stretch & Restore

    Breathe, lengthen, and let go. HLVL Deep Stretch & Restore is a guided flexibility class that bridges the gap between performance and recovery — offering the benefits of mobility & stretching without the structure of yoga. You’ll move through purposeful, feel-good stretches to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance after high-intensity training. It’s your time to slow down, reconnect, and reset — because your body deserves to feel as good as your workouts make you strong.

    Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa Flow is a smooth, breath-driven practice that links movement from pose to pose. Expect steady transitions, heat-building sequences, and a rhythm that feels equal parts workout and moving meditation. You’ll leave grounded, glowy, and wondering why you didn’t start sooner. This class is an excellent alternative to MOSSA Centergy.

    Nidra Yoga

    Nidra Yoga is a deeply restorative, guided meditation done lying down - basically the most productive nap you’ll ever take. Through breathwork and body awareness, you’ll slip into a state of profound relaxation that helps quiet the mind and calm the nervous system.

    Power Yoga

    Power Yoga is an energizing, strength-focused flow designed to build heat, stability, and grit. Expect dynamic movement, longer holds, and a satisfying challenge that leaves you sweaty, strong, and slightly impressed with yourself.

    Restorative Yoga

    Restorative Yoga uses props and gentle positioning to ease you into deep relaxation. It’s slow, calming, and designed to melt stress right out of your system. You’ll leave feeling like someone hit your internal reset button - in the absolute best way.

    Yin / Myofascial Yoga

    Yin / Myofascial Yoga uses long, passive holds and gentle myofascial release to target deep connective tissues and melt stubborn tension. Occasional props like therapy balls, rollers, and blocks help you break down tight spots in a slow, controlled, “hurts-so-good” kind of way. It’s a true love–hate relationship: intensely therapeutic, deeply grounding, and exactly what your body didn’t realize it needed.

    Warm Yoga Core Flow

    Warm Yoga Core Flow blends a gently heated room with a flowing, Vinyasa-inspired sequence that weaves in intentional core strength work. Expect movement that supports stability, balance, and feel-good strength. It’s grounding, energizing, and offers that “warm from the inside out” feeling… like your body just got its stability and its sanity back.  This class is an excellent alternative to MOSSA Centergy.

Our mini-series and workshops are short-term, specialty programs designed to keep things interesting and intentional. Think Mommy & Baby sweat sessions, prenatal and postnatal movement, yoga disciplines, pilates, TRX, youth programs, or even a spicy summer bootcamp - we like to keep it fresh.

These programs pop up throughout the year and are open to both HLVL members and the community for a separate fee. Stay tuned to our social media and class schedule to see what’s coming next… because you never know what (or who!) might show up on the mat.

Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

We’re grateful to collaborate with Karmen Currie, who is bringing her beautiful practice into our space for this special event.

Karmen will begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle into your body and quiet the mind. From there, you’ll ease into a soothing sound bath, where calming tones and vibrations support deep rest, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and restored.

Sometimes we don’t realize how much we need to pause — especially in busy seasons. This is 60 minutes, just for you.
