Strength training is not just for the young and strong. In fact, High Level Fitness takes the opposite position: The less young and strong you are, the more you need to strength train. It's the gradual loss of muscle mass, part of the natural aging process that can make us feel and look older than our years. The good news is that this process can be reversed.

At High Level Fitness, we will carefully design a safe, well rounded program of progressive resistance training around your personal fitness goals, history, and limitations that will move you towards those goals as rapidly as you are able.

It only takes 30 minutes, twice weekly, to enjoy all of the general health and fitness benefits that strength training can produce: improved appearance, energy, mobility, balance and coordination, osteoporosis prevention, increased resistance to injury.

High Level Fitness is a privately owned modern personal fitness establishment with private changing and shower facilities.
